At Mad Rock, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next send. If your climbing shoes or equipment aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your gear is in brand-new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
